We strive for a professional relationship with the companies we invest in and our goal is to seek out business suitable for long-term investments. We invest and run companies in several different lines of business. Examples of busínesses we have invested in include fibrous casing for sausages, manufacturing of medical tubes, leasing of aircraft and aircraft engines, sturgeon breeding for Russian Caviar, wind power, real-estate and shipping business.
Being located on the stress-free Åland Island makes it easy for us to take a step back and look at the bigger picture when assessing investment properties. Our primary fields of interest for investments include environmental technology, packaging and energy.

We strive for a cleaner environment both on land and at sea. Our business focuses on minimizing environmentally damaging factors and we take an active interest in wind power.
Store and hotel complex
Our goal is to build an 800m2 building-complex in the center of Mariehamn containing shops, hotel rooms and apartments. The buildning will be a visible landmark not only profiling the city in a positive way but also marking the center of the city.
Environmental investments
During the autumn we have become part-owners in two Swedish companies. The first is M.E. Solutions AB, which concentrates on selling/implementing environmental- and energy saving solutions for vessels. The other company is SweOffshore Maritime AB, situated in Gothenburg, which will, among others, sell services to the offshore wind power industry.
